Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take slightly longer.

United States
Standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders of $25 or more, and arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is $15.00 and arrives 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Canada
We ship to Canada with USPS, DHL Express or FedEx; rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Orders may be charged customs duties, taxes or import fees on arrival, which are paid by the customer. We don't currently ship to other countries.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help.
